1. Position yourself as an expert - People buy from experts plain and simple. The easiest way to position yourself as an expert is to write 10 'over the top' articles on a particular subject and submit them to 10 different sites. When people search for that topic and find all your content on the first page, you'll be automatically perceived as the expert.

2. Have a squeeze page for capturing subscribers - The best way to make long-term income is to sell your products and services from your email marketing efforts. The best way to get subscribers is to have a squeeze page. Create a short 10-15 page eBook to give away about a particular topic, because that will be the carrot you dangle to get the person's name and email address.

3. Create content (regularly) - I highly recommend to write articles, blog posts, etc and spend a minimum of 2 hours per day writing and creating content. To get the necessary traffic you'll require, you'll need to create roughly 10 articles per day, or other pieces of content. At first, it might take you 1 hour to write your first article, but it'll get much easier over time.

4. Create a 3 hour audio product every month - The easiest way to create products is to record audio tracks. It'll only take you 3 hours to record a 3 hour product via audio, but it could take a lot longer if you use video. However, if the topic really is better in a visual format, create the video instead. Either way, the point here is to always be creating new products.

Like I said before, you can literally spend 3 hours per day on your business and achieve a full-time income by just focusing on these key things.
